We offer both. Coaching is goal-oriented and forward-looking. Counselling is therapeutic, addressing deeper emotional challenges. Your practitioner will guide you to the right approach.

Do I need to be religious to use your services?

Not at all. Our services are open to everyone. We offer faith-integrated options for those who want them, but secular sessions are equally available.

How long does an engagement typically last?
